1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, registering for, paying through, or otherwise using GetSurePass.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

If you use GetSurePass.com on behalf of a school, tutorial center, parent group, sponsor, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any use of your username, password, referral code, wallet, or institution dashboard.

• You must not create accounts using false identity information or another person’s email or phone number without authority.
• You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for logging out from devices you no longer control.
• If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us promptly and change your password immediately.
• We may require additional verification before restoring, transferring, or modifying account access.

3. Platform Services

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compliance, fraud prevention, product development, or business operations.

4. Wallets, Payments, and Subscriptions

Some features of GetSurePass.com require payment. When you fund your wallet or subscribe, you authorize us and our payment partners to process the transaction and apply the resulting balance or access rights to your account.

• Wallet balances are platform balances for use within GetSurePass.com and do not constitute a bank account, stored-value card, or regulated deposit product.
• Premium access may begin immediately once a valid payment is confirmed or once sufficient wallet balance is applied.
• If auto-renew is enabled, your subscription may renew using your available wallet balance when due.
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient wallet balance if you want uninterrupted premium access.
• Except where required by applicable law or where we confirm an error on our side, completed digital purchases, credited wallet funds, and activated subscription periods are generally non-refundable.
• We may reverse, hold, or refuse transactions that appear suspicious, unauthorized, duplicated, or inconsistent with our fraud-control processes.

5. Institutions, Referrals, and Sponsorships

GetSurePass.com may offer institution pricing, referral rewards, parent or sponsor support, and seat allocation tools. These features are provided at our discretion and may be subject to qualification checks, limits, approvals, audit review, and anti-abuse controls.

• Institution and sponsor users must submit truthful contact and organization details.
• Referral rewards, commissions, or promotional benefits may be withheld, adjusted, or cancelled if we detect manipulation, fake accounts, self-referrals, chargebacks, or abuse.
• Seat pricing, discounts, and partnership terms may change over time and do not become permanent unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
• Where sponsorship or parent-funded access is provided, the beneficiary account remains subject to these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You must use the platform lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• copy, scrape, download in bulk, resell, mirror, or commercially exploit our question bank, explanations, analytics, or user interface without written permission;
• attempt to bypass subscription controls, access restrictions, or account permissions;
• upload malicious code, send spam, interfere with exams, or abuse support channels;
• impersonate another user, institution, school, or staff member;
• use bots or automation to manipulate results, referrals, payment flows, institution allocations, or account creation;
• use the service in a way that could damage the platform, degrade performance, or expose us or our users to security risk.

7. Intellectual Property and Content Use

All platform branding, layout, question formatting, compiled materials, explanations, graphics, text, dashboards, software logic, and related content on GetSurePass.com are owned by us or used under rights we believe are valid. Your access is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal learning or authorized institutional use only.

You do not acquire ownership rights by using the platform. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

8. Availability and Disclaimers

GetSurePass.com is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim for accuracy, continuity, and strong educational value, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly current, or suitable for every exam objective or personal learning style.

• Educational resources are for study support and exam preparation only.
• Use of the platform does not guarantee any particular score, admission outcome, or academic result.
• We may conduct maintenance, feature updates, and moderation actions at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetSurePass.com and its operators, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or loss-of-profit damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, even if we were advised that such damages were possible.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for a claim connected to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the affected service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account, wallet, referral participation, institution feature, or premium service if we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these Terms, fraud risk, misuse, legal exposure, payment irregularity, or security concern.

Termination or suspension does not waive any rights or remedies we may have, including recovery of fees, reversal of benefits, or reporting of misconduct where appropriate.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws in your location require otherwise. You agree that disputes may first be raised with us in good faith through our support channel before formal legal action is pursued.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted on GetSurePass.com unless a later date is stated. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
